  • Players instructed how to get to their starting holes by Sun Dance staff.
  • On-course Beverage Service (two carts available) and Marshaling provided.
  • Scorecards collected upon completion of play .
  • Players can access parking lot with carts to secure their equipment .
  • Scoreboard with calligraphy scoring is located between the 1 and 18 fairways. Tournament Results Sheet provided to event coordinators.

CLUB POLICIES FOR

GROUP OUTINGS

  • All outings of 32 or more players require a $150 deposit, an initial estimate of the number of players, and completion of Sun Dance Golf Course Tournament Contract.
  • Sun Dance requires a guaranteed number of players 14 days in advance.
  • Pairings must be made available 48 hours prior to your day of play.
  • Tournament signage must be provided to
    Sun Dance at least one day prior to the event Tournament and Hole Sponsors must adhere to sponsor guidelines provided by Sun Dance.
  • Only food & beverage product supplied by
    Sun Dance Golf Course will be allowed on property.
  • Food & Beverage arrangements must be completed two weeks prior to the event with the course's Executive Chef, Walt McDuff.
  • Payment is preferred on the day of the event. If you require billing our terms are net 30 days.
