- Tournament signage must be provided to
Sun Dance at least one day prior to the event Tournament and Hole Sponsors must adhere to sponsor guidelines provided by Sun Dance.
- Only food & beverage product supplied by
Sun Dance Golf Course will be allowed on property.
- Food & Beverage arrangements must be completed two weeks prior to the event with the course's Executive Chef, Walt McDuff.
- Payment is preferred on the day of the event. If you require billing our terms are net 30 days.
