Lessons will be taught by a PGA Professional, and will cover all of the basics for achieving a fundamentally sound golf swing: putting, pitching & chipping, irons, woods, and the Rules of Golf.

Please sign up early. There are 8 spots available per series.

2008 Sun Dance Junior Golf Lessons

There is no one road to golf improvement. Sun Dance Junior Golf Lessons offer a variety of programs designed for the needs of each young golfer. Every facet of the game is covered; designed into small instruction groups working on putting, chipping, bunker play, and the full swing. Beginning, intermediate and advanced players can immerse themselves in the sport for an entire week. As golf skills develop, so does self-esteem and lasting friendships.

Level I - Beginning Golfers June 24-27 FULL or July 22-25 FULL* @ 8am-9:30am*

If you have just picked up a club for the first time or have only been playing a short while, this program is for you. I’ll teach you how to attain that all-important, fundamentally sound swing, as well as the proper mechanics and basics of course play. You’ll be taught every aspect of the game from driving, irons, chipping, and putting. My ultimate objective is to give you the passion, skill, and comprehensions to not only enjoy the game, but to continue to improve beyond camp.

Level II - Intermediate Golfers June 24-27 FULL or July 22-25 FULL @ 10am-11:30am

If you have prior playing experience, this level will build greatness upon your existing foundations. This level is specifically designed to help you develop and improve your swing; this program also helps you develop a positive attitude, instruct you on course management and teaches the rules and proper etiquette of the game.

Level II - High School Players July 8-11 or July 29-Aug 1 @ 8am-9:30am

This program is specifically tailored to those golfers who are hoping to make the high school team, or those already on the team looking to move up the ladder. Specific attention is given to swing development, course management and developing a positive competitive attitude, while building self-confidence.

Level IV - Advanced Players July 8-11 or July 26-Aug 1 @ 10am-11:30am

If you already have it all, here’s how to make it great. For tournament level players with handicaps of fifteen or less, this program addresses all aspects of competitive play and is tailor-made for the low handicap player striving to improve his or her tournament results and graduate to the highest level.

All lessons are open to juniors from age 8-17. Price per junior is $70, which includes, balls for practice and equipment if needed. Please have your junior golfer registered, and paid for by the start of the lessons.
