I was born and raised in Spokane. I started golfing when I was 3 years old, and was taught by my father, who is an avid golfer. I started in the golf industry by picking the range at night at Indian Canyon GC, while attending school. After my duty was done in the USMC, I came back to Spokane and started working as an assistant professional at Downriver GC, where I worked for 10 years. I then moved back to Indian Canyon GC, to become the Head Golf Instructor. After 1 season there, I then moved to Priest Lake GC to become the General Manager/ Head Golf Professional, where I stayed for 5 seasons. I came to Sun Dance GC in 2008.
